Our infrastructure is the backbone of our reputation as a leading PP woven bag manufacturer in Eastern India, enabling us to deliver consistent quality, customized solutions, and on-time delivery. 

We have the best quality machines from industry leaders such as Lohia Corp and JP Extrusion, empowering us to manufacture high-performance PP woven bags, laminated bags, and BOPP bags that meet global quality standards.

Our Tape plant is equipped with advanced models, including Lorex 1400 HS and Duotec 120 B, each capable of producing 600 kilograms per hour, and Kabratec 90/400 with a capacity of 400 kilograms per hour. These high-speed extrusion lines ensure exceptional strength, uniformity, and efficiency in every yarn we produce. 

Winders are very important for winding and getting the PP tapes ready to be woven into fabric. We have 936 Winders from Lohia Corp (CM-V2) and 240 Winders from Lexon (L200M). These high-performance machines make sure that the winding goes smoothly and the yarn is of the best quality. 

We have 194 circular weaving looms in our factory, all from Lohia Corp. These looms can weave the tapes made by the Tape Stretching Line and make fabric that is very strong and consistent. Operating at a remarkable speed of 1100 PPM, these looms allow us to produce in high volumes without sacrificing precision. This setup helps us meet a variety of packaging needs quickly and reinforces our standing as one of the best PP woven bag manufacturers in Eastern India. 
Our lamination unit consists of three high-quality machines; they are intended for accurate coating on PP woven fabric and bags. They improve moisture resistance and durability, thus are ideal for quality laminated and BOPP bags produced in the market. 
We have five high-quality printing machines, three from JP Extrusion Tech Private Limited and two from Starflex International. We also have a Rotogravure printing machine from Koley Converting Machinery Pvt Ltd. These machines feature multi-color flexographic printing with a capacity of up to eight colors and a speed of 150 MPM. 
Our factory has 12 state-of-the-art automated lines, and we use the best models from Lohia Corp (Volvomatic 40, BCS Classic, and BCS Liner). These machines can cut and sew with great accuracy and make up to 45 bags per minute.   
 The Polystar Machinery Co. Ltd. Repro 185 model machine in our factory can produce 200 kilograms per hour. This system helps us recycle production waste more efficiently and cut down on material loss.
